This morning Mike Laverick and I sat side to side blogging live at the Wednesday keynote. We were not the only live bloggers. The others are Scott Lowe, Bob Plankers , Bouke Groenescheij, Viktor van den Berg and Alessandro Perilli. The frist keynote was a bit boring and Mr. Chambers from Cisco talked like he was standing in a church 
. At the end of the keynotes and the discussion panel I grabbed my recording device and asked Mike Laverick from RTFM-Education a few questions. Can you ask one simple question to mike, when this book is going to be released and where can I buy this book, is this book available in eBook format. He is not leaving comment field open, so taking your help in getting this simply answer. Thanks in advance

Can you give us some clue when the book will be out? I pre-ordered it on Barnes and Nobel in October and they keep pushing the ship date back. The vi3book.com site has not been updated in forever!!! Brian Madden's company is publishing the book...yet he claims to have not received anything to publish yet... (I emailed him).
Any information would be helpful! Thanks!
