Finally they put this into the VIC. Not that configuring time thru the service console is hard but this is a lot easier to maintain and you can get all the time information by a mouse click
I also see some other new features as well.

Is it possible to install some third part utilities, e.g. Dell Openmanage. I was wondering how this can be accomplished?

Did a little portscan on 3i and there is no FTP and SSH. In the firewall I can't open this port and I'm wordering if there is a SC present.

Well, if I understand well how ESX 3i is build up, this cannot be accomplished. It's only the vmkernel, isn't it? Without an Service Console?
