Join The VMware LinkedIn Groups

Eric Sloof created three new LinkedIn Groups and would like to invite you to join them. If you don’t know what a LinkedIn group is, here is a short explanation : Many professionals advance their careers and business goals by counting on industry and professional groups, alumni organizations, industry conferences and corporate alumni groups to help them make vital new business contacts. VMware Virtualization Group

VMware Virtualization GroupGavin Barnard over at VMware created the VMware Virtualization Group on LinkedIn. Joining will allow you to find and contact other Virtualization professionals on LinkedIn. VMware Certified Professional (VCP)

VCP LinkedIn GroupMembers of this group have gained the in-depth skills and industry-recognized certification on VMware technology. The VMware Certified Professional Program is designed for everyone who wants to demonstrate their expertise in virtual infrastructure and increase his potential for career advancement. If you are a VCP you can join this group.

VMware Certified Instructor (VCI)

VMware Certified Instructor (VCI) GroupAs a VMware certified instructor you can help organisations who want to maximise the benefits of the VMware virtualisation products. Their IT professionals will benefit from attending in-depth, hands-on courses. If you are a VCI you can join this group.

An Interview with VCP-52
Last week I created the VMware LinkedIn Groups and received a lot of positive responses. One reaction caught my eye, it was a message from Robin Prudholm asking me if he could join the VCP group with VCP number 52. My first thought was “Wow VCP number 52�

Great move to add these LinkedIn groups. I have a question, how are the VCP and VCI accounts be validated, so that joining them is representative of the person's certification level. Will there also be a VCDE group ?

The new upcoming VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDE). The exams and certification are coming out this summer.

Hoi Willem, Ik en inmiddels in het bezit van WS 6.5 hier lukt het ook niet op omdat VT niet meer ondersteund wordt. Op Xtravirt.com staat waarom niet. Groeten
