EMC Acquires Additional VMware Shares from Intel

EMCCorporation announced that it has purchased 500,000 additional shares of VMware Class A common stock, bringing EMC’s ownership of VMware's total outstanding common stock to approximately 84%. The 500,000 shares were purchased from Intel Corporation.
