Just arrived in Las Vegas

I just arrived in Las Vegas and while I was waiting for my suitcases I run into some interesting people.  Someone told me that VMware is going to announce a new license program designed for datacenters. You don’t have to buy a license on a socket basis but instead you get one for the whole datacenter.  I also heard the rumour that Cisco is going to launch a virtual switch called the Nexus 1000. This switch can be installed on your ESX server and is manageable. You can connect up to 255 virtual network cards to this soft switch.
